It’s the ow, rainy season but still fairly pleasant (especially compared to the rest of Europe). December is pretty cheery with all the festive fun, then January can be gloomy – but often we’ll get crisp, blue-sky days when it’s a joy to sit by the ocean or on a café terrace and soak it up.
